Ashtanga Yoga & Vinyasa Flow
Every week, alternating guided classes from 7-8pm then 8-9pm.
A Vinyasa class includes breathing exercises to cleanse the body of toxins, sun salutations to warm up the body followed by a sequence of standing and sitting postures and a final guided relaxation.
