Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga
The Vinyasa & Yin Yoga class begins with breathing exercises (Pranayama) followed by a dynamic yoga practice (Vinyasa). We then slow down through yin yoga (stretching according to the meridians of Chinese medicine). The class ends with a guided relaxation (Shavasana) and short meditation. All levels welcome !
Wear comfortable clothing in which you will be free to move freely. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

Vinyasa Yoga
A Vinyasa class includes breathing exercises (Pranayama) to purify the body of toxins, Sun Salutations to warm up the body followed by a series of standing and sitting postures and a final guided relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothing in which you will be free to move freely. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

Ashtanga Yoga
Guided practice of the Ashtanga primary series, designed to detoxify and strengthen the body.
The Ashtanga practice tones, strengthens and sculpts the body. It also has an impact on the mind and help release energy, promote concentration, balance and patience. Ashtanga yoga also allows to develop physical, mental strength & self-knowledge.
